DEED
Land sold to Church by Peter W. Messer and wife Mary Shelley Messer, for consideration of $24.00, to the Freewill Baptist Church at Rock Mount in Henry County, Alabama. Do hereby convey the following described lands; Two acres of land in the NE corner of the NE1/4 of the NW1/4 of sec. 29, T-5, R-28. The same being 70 yards. East and West and 140 yards. North and South.
This land to be held by the Church, Heirs and assigns forever.
